As Practice Director at Blake Vets, Matt leads with passion and purpose, overseeing both our clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure the highest standards of care and service across all our sites. Since joining the practice in October 2020, Matt has been the driving force behind our business operations and team development, bringing a wealth of experience in management and a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of our staff, clients, and their pets.
Matt is a proud cat dad to two mischievous felines, “Dotti” and “Blu,” and shares his home life with his wife and son. Whether he's streamlining practice processes or chatting with clients in reception, Matt brings energy, empathy, and a touch of humour to everything he does.
